Finding the finishing touches for the guest bedroom

A recent project of mine has been to give my guest bedroom a complete overhaul. It's been my junk room for so long that I knew I wanted to actually make it nice since my mother's going to be visiting us over Easter for a while.

So I used a bit of time online to see if I could find some ideas about how to decorate the guest bedroom so that it doesn't feel like a guest bedroom. 

While I was online looking up some of that stuff, I ran across some info onSears Home Improvement and after I looked through it some I decided to use them to do some remodeling around our house, like in our kitchen.

I think what really gave me the inspiration for the rest of the guest bedroom was though, was this cute end table that I found online. I fell in love with it right away and knew that it was what I should the room around. I think that my mother's going to love the room!
