Kids Lockers: Storage Solutions for My Craft Room.

My craft room is a complete mess from a busy season. The more items I buy the more space I need, however I cannot find the right sort of furniture to suit me. I am not tall and need shelving I can reach without climbing chairs. I like to sit and have my items close to hand when I am working on large projects, and often have to stretch my body. It is time to purchase workable furniture. The ideal equipment would be for children but some cupboards are too small and not deep enough to house my items.

The solution to the problem is kids lockers. As you can see in the picture below the little girl is nearly as tall as the unit, this means I could sit and reach.
KidsLocker Shop are specialists for childrens lockers, and I am spoilt for choice. They also supply the storage containers that fit inside, which is great for my paper stash.

The cubbies and lockers for kids are not the only thing that caught my eye, the wall mount coat lockers are ideal for my punches. My range of scissors, my wiping clothes and sweeping brush could also hang from them. This would create a tidy, compact work area. There are corner units available too, so one wall could be turned into a workable craft space without filling a room with odd boxes and tables. They also come with doors but I like the open style.

The units come in woods such as birch, but I think the laminated ones would be better suited to my needs.
